What Changed

• Ticket autoconnect. Improved automatic operator assignment to tickets — fewer conflicts and predictable behavior.
• Slow mode (delay before send). Delay before sending a message is now available in dialogs.
• Photo and file in appeal history. The "Appeal history" dialog now correctly shows photos and file attachments in chat history.
• Template format. Template format has been aligned across the system.
• Telegram in broadcasts. Fixed handling of send failures — more stable Telegram broadcasts.

How It Changed

Autoconnect and history

Before: Ticket autoconnect could cause conflicts or unpredictable behavior; appeal history might not show photos/files.
Now: Autoconnect works predictably; appeal history shows attachments.
Why it matters: Operators don’t overlap on the same ticket; full client context in history.

Slow mode and templates

Before: Delay before send and typing format could be inconsistent.
Now: Slow mode is available in dialogs; template format is aligned.
Why it matters: Control over reply pace and stable scenario behavior.
