# Release 5.3.25

## What Changed

- **Ticket autoconnect.** Improved automatic operator assignment to tickets — fewer conflicts and predictable behavior.
- **Slow mode (delay before send).** Delay before sending a message is now available in dialogs.
- **Photo and file in appeal history.** The "Appeal history" dialog now correctly shows photos and file attachments in chat history.
- **Template format.** Template format has been aligned across the system.
- **Telegram in broadcasts.** Fixed handling of send failures — more stable Telegram broadcasts.

## How It Changed

### Autoconnect and history

**Before:** Ticket autoconnect could cause conflicts or unpredictable behavior; appeal history might not show photos/files.  
**Now:** Autoconnect works predictably; appeal history shows attachments.  
**Why it matters:** Operators don’t overlap on the same ticket; full client context in history.

### Slow mode and templates

**Before:** Delay before send and typing format could be inconsistent.  
**Now:** Slow mode is available in dialogs; template format is aligned.  
**Why it matters:** Control over reply pace and stable scenario behavior.
