What Changed
- Authentication: after sign-in you return to the same internal URL you opened before login (Settings, Operator Line, Constructor, and so on) instead of the welcome page.
- Settings — Topics: you can view, copy, and export a file with topic fields — for the current topic or the full field library.
- Instagram: comments on Reels (and similar events) reach Operator Line again even when Meta sends a webhook without author data.
- Widget: bot settings and Scenario Builder now include an allowed widget domains editor with URL format validation before save.
- Operator Line: the client wait timer in the chat list resets correctly after an operator reply.
- Statistics: the Appeal tags tab shows data when the global Appeal tag filter is applied.
- Client database: more reliable search by Ukrainian phone number; the client card opened from Clients shows up-to-date details.
How It Changed
Before: After login users landed on Welcome even when they had opened a specific page via a link. Topic fields could only be edited in the UI — without convenient export. Some Reels comments never appeared in Operator Line. Widget allowed domains were entered as free text, which often produced invalid formats. After an operator reply the sidebar could still show the client's wait timer. In statistics, an appeal-tag filter could leave the Appeal tags tab empty. Phone search in 0…, 380…, or local 9-digit formats did not always match; the client card from the Clients module could show stale data.
Now: After a successful sign-in the saved internal route opens (respecting integrations and admin redirect priorities). Topics support view, copy, and download in an import-compatible file format. When Instagram sends a comment without author data, the platform fetches the author from Instagram. Allowed widget domains are managed as rows with format validation; save stays disabled while any site address is invalid. The wait timer is active only while the client is waiting for a reply. The appeal-tag filter works consistently on built-in statistics charts and tables. Search matches common Ukrainian phone variants; Operator Line client details receive the correct card context.
Why It Matters
Fewer extra clicks after login and when using deep links. Administrators can migrate and back up topic field settings more easily. Operators no longer miss Instagram Reels comments. Integrators connect the website widget with fewer CORS mistakes. The chat queue shows more accurately who is actually waiting. Appeal-tag analytics align with dashboard filters. Operators find clients by phone faster and see the correct card from the client database.
