Release 5.3.19

What Changed

  • Unassigned appeals folder. Fixed filtering and display of appeals awaiting assignment — operators see an accurate list of appeals to assign.
  • Telephony integration. Improved handling of voice calls.
  • Text and attachments when sending to operator. Text is preserved as caption for attachments — the operator sees full context.
  • Folder counters. Fixed folder counter mismatches — numbers match actual content.
  • WhatsApp errors. WhatsApp errors are shown more clearly in the interface.
  • AI input limit. The character limit for AI tools is configurable in instance settings.
  • Saved filters. Improved restoration of saved chat filters.

How It Changed

Telephony and messages to operator

Before: When sending a message with text and attachment to the operator, text could be lost or displayed incorrectly; WhatsApp errors could be unclear.
Now: Text is kept as caption for attachments; WhatsApp errors are shown more clearly.
Why it matters: The operator sees full context; clients get clearer feedback on channel limits.

Filters and AI input

Before: Saved filters might not restore correctly; AI input limit was fixed.
Now: Saved filters restore properly; AI input limit is configurable per instance.
Why it matters: Easier work with filters and configurable AI behavior.
