Release 5.3.14

What Changed

  • Duplicate contact detection. Further improvements to duplicate detection — fewer duplicate contacts per client.
  • FastLine Pro. Fixed automatic activation of FastLine Pro agents after creation.
  • Folder counts. Numbers in folders match the actual content.
  • Access rights. Clear access error messages for users instead of technical codes.
  • CSAT filter. Added CSAT attribute to the chat filter — you can filter dialogs by rating.
  • Search in dialogs. When search is active, results are not mixed with real-time updates.

How It Changed

FastLine Pro and folders

Before: FastLine Pro agents could remain inactive after creation; folder counters could be wrong.
Now: Agents activate correctly; folder counts display accurately.
Why it matters: Managers see correct numbers and FastLine Pro is ready to use after creation.

Before: Filtering dialogs by CSAT was awkward or not available; search could be disrupted by live updates.
Now: CSAT is available in the chat filter; search results stay stable.
Why it matters: Easier analysis by quality and more reliable search.
