Release 5.4.2

In short: Operators see the full email history with a customer without switching between chats, reply more accurately in Telegram groups, and transfer conversations to teammates with confidence.

For operators

New

  • A view-mode switch in the chat header and history panel — show only the current thread or all email messages from the customer in one timeline.
  • In Telegram group chats you can see the sender's name and profile photo, and replies are bound to the right message in the group.
  • The chat transfer window has a clearer title and can be dragged across the screen so it does not cover useful information.

Improved

  • Multi-recipient email replies behave predictably: less confusion with copies and channel mailbox addresses.
  • HTML emails in the chat use a more useful width and render formatted text more accurately.

For administrators

New

  • Operator settings let you set a default email view mode for the whole team.

Improved

  • More reliable handling of the reply address in Google email threads — fewer lost or mismatched replies.
  • More consistent UI translations across the Constructor and operator-facing screens in supported languages.

For scenario authors

Improved

  • Long multi-line scenario step descriptions can be collapsed and expanded ("show more" / "less") — leaves more room in the node form.

What this means for your team

  • Operators switch between "this chat only" and "all customer emails" in one click — full history without opening a separate window.
  • Fewer mistakes in multi-recipient email replies — less need to resend messages.
  • Telegram group conversations make it clear who is talking to whom — fewer misunderstandings with customers.

Heads up

If you rely on custom scenarios or external integrations that auto-connect operators by skill group, verify their behaviour after upgrading together with your integration owner or support team. Internal selection logic and lock release when no operators are available have changed.
