Release 6.2.1

Release 6.2.1 adds a topic choice to the "Write to client" window, phone search in any format, and a date filter in the scenario version history. It also lets a role allow the AI assistant to edit client cards and fixes several issues with statuses, emails, exports and attachments.

Operator Panel

New

  • Topic in the "Write to client" window. A new "Topic" field appears in all three modes (existing client, new client, email). The list shows the topics of the operator's skill groups when showing topics by skill group is on. Under "Settings" → "Operators" there is a new switch, "Topic is required when an operator creates a chat". It is off by default, so the topic can be skipped. When it is on, a chat cannot be created without a topic.
  • Phone search in any format. A number can be entered with or without "+", with spaces or dashes, for example 0671112233 or 380671112233. Previously the global search did not find a number entered without "+".
  • A hint when search finds nothing. If a search by phone or email returns no results, the panel suggests where else to look and offers a "Write to client" or "Send email" button with the contact already filled in. This hint works on instances where it is turned on.

Fixed

  • An operator no longer becomes "Online" by themselves after a laptop wakes up. Previously, after a laptop briefly woke up or the connection dropped, the panel set "Online" again, and chats reached a person who had already left. Now the panel shows the status stored in the system. If the connection was lost for more than 10 minutes, the operator stays "Offline" and turns "Online" on themselves. The "Online" time in the monitor no longer grows after the shift ends.
  • Downloads in the "Attachments" window work in every dialog. In dialogs opened by a link, from search, or older closed ones, the "Download all", "Download as archive (.zip)" and single-file download buttons used to do nothing. Now they work.
  • Emails from the iPhone Mail app with an attachment arrive in full. When the attachment sat in the middle of the email text, the dialog could receive only an empty text or only a link without the file. Now both the text before and after the attachment and the file itself arrive. Emails that have already arrived do not change.

Settings

New

  • "Distribution audit" access by role permission. The section is visible to everyone whose role has "Queue distribution audit" turned on ("Settings" → "Roles"), not only to root. The section is marked "Beta". On some instances this permission is already on for all roles with access to the operator panel, so check who really needs the audit.
  • The AI assistant can edit client cards. In the role editor, in the "AI assistant settings" block, there is a new checkbox, "Allow the agent to change client cards". It is off by default. The assistant can change the name, email, phone, additional fields and tags, but it shows every change as a card with a "Field / Was / Will be" table and the buttons "Only this time" and "Reject". The assistant works only with clients of the bots available to the role. The "Change log" now has "Client card" entries showing who changed what and when.

Changed

  • The "Queue monitoring" screen is removed. The "Queue status" permission is gone from the role editor because it is no longer needed.
  • Required notification types without extras. In the required notifications settings and in the operator profile only the types that actually arrive remain, and the "will appear in future releases" notice is gone. The item "Comment created" is now called "New message in chat", as in the operator profile.

Scenario Builder

New

  • Date filter in the version history. In the "Version history" window a "Period" panel appears above the list. You can choose "Today", "Last 7 days", "Last 30 days" or your own "From" and "To" dates and see only the versions from that time. "Reset" returns the full list. The current version is pinned at the top, so comparing with it works. Without a chosen period everything works as before.

Fixed

  • Several people editing scenarios at once no longer overload the system. Scenario locking during editing works steadily when the service runs on several nodes.
  • Scenario export works again with the bot marketplace turned on. Previously, for scenarios with actions, the export ended with an error, and so did reading the scenario through the AI assistant. Now the scenario is exported, and if the dependency check cannot be completed, it is exported without the list of dependencies.

Statistics and channels

Fixed

  • Statistics export with column names. In the XLSX and CSV files of native statistics the header shows column names in the interface language again, instead of technical keys.
  • More reliable delivery of Google Maps reviews. Failures in receiving reviews are now immediately visible in monitoring.

Stability

The load that the service puts on the shared database during large exports is reduced, so one instance affects the others less.
