Release 5.14.9

This release closes several cases where Operator Line showed different information from what was actually saved: operator settings could "reset" when working in multiple tabs, appeals lost their subject grouping under a saved filter, a client's name in the dialog list could stay a technical identifier, and the details side panel could disappear. It also fixes client highlighting, the height of Statistics pages, and a bulleted list rendering issue in the client email composer.

Operator Line

Fixed

  • An incoming chat transfer no longer opens as an empty window with no buttons. If Constructor was updated right after an operator's tab had loaded, the next incoming transfer could show the "Запит на передачу діалогу" header with an empty card underneath — no system message, no "Accept" button, and no way to close it. It now shows a message offering to reload the page, and the transfer request itself is not lost — it is still there once the operator reloads.
  • A client's name in the dialog list now appears as soon as it is known, not only after a reload. A new dialog could previously keep showing a technical identifier in the list (for example, telegram_5276886805) instead of the client's name for a while, even though the name was already known to the system.
  • The request details side panel no longer disappears while working with an open dialog. It could unexpectedly show "Select a request to see its details" with a chat still open, depending on how the operator navigated to it.
  • Empty rows that filtered nothing were removed from the appeals side menu. The "By operator", "By skill group", "By channel", "By process", "By status", and "By tag" groups could show an extra row such as "No operator" with its own counter, but clicking it opened every appeal in the group, unfiltered. These rows are removed; rows with real values behave as before.
  • Subject grouping in the queue works again under a saved filter. Opening a personal saved filter (as opposed to a system folder) used to turn off subject grouping and show a flat list instead. It now groups the same way regular folders do.
  • An expanded subject group shows as many dialogs as its counter promises. Some subject groups could either show only one dialog instead of the full list, or appear empty despite a non-zero counter next to their name.

Added

  • A saved filter now has its own subject-grouping toggle, next to the rest of its menu controls (right-click the filter in the sidebar, or use "⋮" in "Manage folders" mode). Grouping is on by default; each operator can turn it off for a specific filter, for themselves only.
  • An expanded subject group that hasn't loaded every dialog yet now honestly shows "50 of 62" instead of looking fully loaded; the rest can be loaded with "Show more".

Operator Profile

Fixed

  • Operator settings no longer reset when working in several browser tabs. With Operator Line open in two or more tabs, a tab loaded earlier than the one where the operator changed and saved something could revert to the old values on its own very next action — picking an emoji, pinning a field on a client card, or dragging a folder was enough to trigger it. This affected every profile setting: notification sound, system notifications, pinned contact fields, saved filters, and folder visibility and order. Each tab now only sends what it actually changed, so changes made elsewhere are no longer lost.
  • The Profile → Menu screen saves folder visibility, pinning, the default folder, subject grouping, and appeal-type and status filters again. The Save button used to report success while these particular changes never reached the server and disappeared a second later.

Clients

Fixed

  • Conditional highlighting for clients now actually paints the row or accent bar. A rule with the "Accent" target adds a colored bar on the left, and "Row" colors the whole row including the first cell — previously the accent bar was visually hidden underneath the table cells and was never shown anywhere.
  • The "contains" highlighting rule works again on custom organization fields when the advanced filter is on. Those fields on the Clients page used to go blank as soon as the advanced filter was applied, so highlighting rules built on them never matched.

Statistics

Fixed

  • Statistics pages fill the available screen again. This was most visible on the Funnels tab: content with several funnels rendered in a narrow strip with its own scrollbar, leaving a lot of empty space below it. The Pro, Custom, and Users tabs had the same issue.

Writing to a Client

Fixed

  • A bulleted list in an email body or appeal description shows bullets again, not numbers. In the "Write to client → Send email" window, and in the appeal description field, clicking the bullet-list button in the editor incorrectly numbered the list (1., 2., 3.) instead of showing bullets (). Emails already sent were not affected — the underlying message text was always built correctly; the display glitch was only in the editor window.
