What Changed
- Reply-to-image display in widget. Fixed display of replies to images in the chat widget.
- Sending CSAT from Operator Panel. Operators can send a satisfaction (CSAT) request directly from the Operator Panel.
How It Changed
Reply-to-image in widget
Before: When a client replied to an image in the widget, display could be broken.
Now: Replies to images are shown correctly in the widget.
Why it matters: The client sees the full dialog context, including the reply to the image.
Sending CSAT from Operator Panel
Before: The CSAT request might have been available only through other mechanisms.
Now: The operator can send a service quality (CSAT) request from the panel during or after the dialog.
Why it matters: Easier collection of client feedback without extra steps.
