What Changed
- Operator Line: the Last Response At filter now selects conversations by the time of the client’s last message, including saved filters.
- Settings — Users: fixed an error when opening the list or searching by email — the page no longer fails with an unknown column message.
How It Changed
Before: The Last Response At filter could return the wrong set of conversations or ignore the date range — the system used record update time instead of the client’s last message time. In Users settings, email search sometimes blocked the list from loading.
Now: The date range in the filter is aligned between the interface and conversation search; saved filters with older settings still work. The user list and email search open without error.
Why It Matters
Operators and supervisors find conversations where the client is waiting for a reply. Administrators manage accounts through Settings search without interruption.
