Release 5.2.11

What Changed

  • CSAT Action — rating from the chat. Operators can send a satisfaction rating request (CSAT) directly from the chat without interrupting the conversation.

How It Changed

CSAT — service quality rating

Before: To collect a rating, you had to interrupt the dialog or use external tools.
Now: The operator sends the rating request directly from the chat — the conversation continues, and the client rates in the product.
Why it matters: Easy collection of feedback without losing the dialog context.
