Release 5.8.6

What Changed

  • Scenario Builder: deleting one or more connected steps automatically reconnects the surrounding flow instead of breaking the chain, with a live preview of the resulting connections; the step settings panel no longer jumps to the wrong step while connecting steps.
  • Instagram: duplicate empty messages from Instagram no longer interrupt registration or other multi-step flows.
  • AI Copilot: Copilot now generates a suggestion for every client message throughout a dialog, not just the first one.
  • Operator Line: Start dialogue either connects the operator or clearly explains why join failed; dialog list timers use one consistent relative format for all dialogs.
  • Broadcasts: the audience count shown before sending reflects how many contacts will actually receive the broadcast.

How It Changed

Scenario Builder

Before: Deleting a step (or several connected steps) in the middle of a flow broke the chain — the surrounding steps were left disconnected and had to be reconnected manually. Also, while connecting two steps, the settings panel could unexpectedly switch to the target step instead of staying on the step you were working with.

Now: Deleting connected steps automatically reconnects the remaining flow, with a live preview showing which connections will be created before you confirm the deletion. The settings panel stays on the step you were editing while you connect steps.

Instagram and AI Copilot

Before: Instagram could send a duplicate empty message right after the user's real message; if the bot handled the duplicate first, entered data (such as a phone number) was lost and registration returned to the previous step. In a dialog with AI Copilot, the second and later client messages might not receive an operator suggestion.

Now: Empty duplicate messages from Instagram are recognized and ignored — user-entered data is not lost. AI Copilot reliably continues the same suggestion session throughout the whole dialog with an operator.

Operator Line

Before: Start dialogue could disappear without actually connecting the operator when the dialog limit was exceeded — with no explanation. Dialog list timers showed absolute time (for example, "18:57") for dialogs an operator had already replied to, while other dialogs used a waiting countdown — which confused operators.

Now: The system clearly tells the operator when join failed because of the dialog limit. Dialog timers use the same relative format ("N min") for every dialog; row color still shows whether the client is waiting for a reply.

Broadcasts

Before: The confirmation screen showed the total segment size without accounting for contacts who had broadcast messages turned off.

Now: The system shows a breakdown such as "Will receive N of M · X excluded (broadcast disabled)" so the real reach is known before launch.

Why It Matters

Scenario authors edit and rebuild bot logic faster — without manually restoring broken step chains or losing focus in the settings panel. Instagram users complete registration without looping, and operators get AI Copilot suggestions throughout the whole dialog. Operators get a clear result when clicking Start dialogue, and supervisors see a consistent wait-time format in the dialog list. Marketers see real audience reach before sending a broadcast.
