Release 6.0.2
Release 6.0.2 is a patch release. New in it are fixes in the operator panel, access to the Supervisor tool for client roles, fixes in the Fast Line Pro knowledge base, a working WhatsApp channel via SendPulse and more accurate statistics.
Please note
- New values in the "Average reaction time in chat" column. In the native "Dialogs" table, values change in rows where Fast Line AI handled the dialog first or where the dialog was transferred between operators — including past periods. See the "Statistics" section for details.
- "Log in as user" has new restrictions. You can no longer log in as a user with the root role or as a system or technical account.
Operator panel
New
- Supervisor (beta) for client roles. The "Supervisor" page can now be opened by users other than root. An administrator grants access in Settings → Roles → "Supervisor (beta)" → "View the supervisor tool". The module is marked "Beta" in the menu and on the page; the tool only shows data for the whole instance and does not change anything.
- Queue tiles are labeled "In queue > 2 h" (time is counted from chat creation), coverage tiles — "No free operators" / "Can accept".
- An operator's chat count is no longer doubled by tickets, channel limits are taken into account the same way as in distribution, and an offline operator with open chats shows them.
- The "By period" mode is available to root only for now.
Fixed
- A dialog you are connected to no longer disappears from "My". Previously, if an operator received a dialog of a bot that is not in their role, connected and replied, the dialog disappeared from "My" and from the counter after the list was refreshed. Now an open dialog you are connected to is shown in "My" and in the counter even if its bot is not in your role. Other dialogs of that bot, its queue and closed dialogs remain hidden, as before. You no longer need to add the bot to the role to keep dialogs from disappearing.
Fast Line Pro
Fixed
- Search finds a segment by its new text. Previously, on some instances, after you changed the text of a knowledge base segment, the agent found it only by the old text. Now, after saving, the segment is found by its new text. Until the AI service is updated on the instance, the segment may also be found by the old phrase (already showing the new text).
- No false error after saving a segment. Previously, saving a segment while a search was active in the list ended with the message "Service temporarily unavailable", even though the segment had already been saved — and clicking "Save" again created duplicates. Now the editor closes right after saving. If the list could not be refreshed afterwards, a separate warning "Segment saved — but the list could not be refreshed" appears.
Channels
Fixed
- WhatsApp via SendPulse works again. Previously, an incoming client message did not create a chat, and bot replies stopped about an hour after the system started. Now an incoming message creates a chat, and the bot and operator can reply with no time limit. WhatsApp via other providers is unchanged.
Statistics
Fixed
- "Average reaction time in chat" is shown for the operator in the row. In the native "Dialogs" table and its export, the column showed Fast Line AI's reply time (1–4 s) even though the "Operator" column showed a human operator. Now the value is calculated for the operator whose name is in the row, as in the old "Dialogs" table.
- Rows where the dialog was transferred between operators show the time of the operator in the row.
- Rows where only Fast Line AI handled the dialog show "—".
- Dialogs with a single operator are unchanged.
Improved
- "Telephony only" operators are not counted as active operators. An operator who took only telephony calls during the period and no dialogs from other channels is no longer included in the instance's active operator count. In Settings → Instance statistics, such an operator gets a "Telephony only" label. An operator who took both calls and chats is counted as before.
Update and maintenance notifications
Improved
- The update window label shows the time left. Previously the label in the panel showed "in 19 min", which read as the time the update would start. Now it shows "19 min left". The hover hint and the banner on the login page are unchanged.
Security and MCP
Improved
- Restrictions for "Log in as user". You can no longer log in as a user with the root role or as a system or technical account — neither with the panel button nor via MCP.
- Logging in as another user via MCP. MCP keys of roles with the "Log in as user" permission can now get temporary (15 min) access on behalf of another user. That user is not logged out. The built-in AI agent of the instance does not have this capability.
