How to view the ticket list?

On My tickets you see all your support requests and can find the one you need.

When you'll need this

  • Daily status checks.
  • Finding an older ticket by title or ID.

What's important to know

  • Desktop — table; mobile — cards with the same fields.
  • Click the Status column header to sort by status name.
  • Search starts from two characters in Search tickets....
  • Filters: status, priority, subject, department, Created by me, Assigned to me, and more.

Before you start

Step-by-step

  1. After sign-in you see My tickets (or choose Go to tickets in the user menu).
  2. Review the list: Ticket ID, Title, Status, Priority, Subject, Department, created and updated dates.
  3. To find a ticket — type in Search tickets... and wait for results.
  4. Set filters in the filter panel (on mobile — via the filters menu).
  5. Click a row or Open to open ticket details.

If the list is empty — click Create ticket (see create a ticket).

How to verify

  • The list updates after search or filter changes.
  • The opened ticket shows the same ID as in the table.
