How to use notifications?
Notifications (bell in the header) show ticket updates without refreshing the page.
When you'll need this
- You are waiting for an operator reply.
- You want to know when ticket status changes.
What's important to know
- Typical events: Status changed to "…", Operator replied to your ticket.
- Mark all read clears unread items.
- All tickets in the dropdown goes to My tickets.
Before you start
You are signed in to Client Portal.
Step-by-step
- Look at Notifications (bell) in the top-right header.
- If there are new events — an indicator appears; click the bell.
- Read events in the list; clicking may open the related ticket.
- Click Mark all read to clear unread notifications.
- Keep working — new events appear on the next update cycle.
How to verify
- After an operator replies, a new notification appears (may take a few seconds).
