How to submit a CSAT rating?
After your ticket is resolved or closed, you can rate support quality with stars.
When you'll need this
- Support closed or resolved your request.
- Your organization collects feedback from portal users.
What's important to know
- The Rating block appears on the ticket page when status allows CSAT.
- The rating is stored in the system — operators see it in quality reports.
Before you start
The ticket is in a closed or resolved status (per your organization rules).
Step-by-step
- Open the ticket from My tickets.
- Find the Rating (stars) block.
- Choose the number of stars (1–5).
- Wait for confirmation that it was saved.
If saving fails — an error message appears; refresh and try again.
How to verify
- Selected stars stay highlighted after you reload the page.
