How to register in Client Portal?

When your administrator enabled self-registration, you can create an account without contacting support.

When you'll need this

  • First access to Client Portal when you do not have an account yet.
  • Your organization allows public registration on the portal.

What's important to know

  • Registration works only if an instance administrator enabled it.
  • The form may include extra fields (organization, phone, etc.) configured under Client fields in Constructor.
  • After registration you land on My tickets immediately — no separate sign-in step.

Before you start

Step-by-step

  1. On Sign in, click Create account.
  2. Fill required fields (typically First name, Last name, Email, Password, Phone — exact set depends on configuration).
  3. Complete any additional fields on the form.
  4. Click Register.
  5. My tickets opens after success.

If you see Self-registration is currently disabled — contact your administrator or sign in with an existing account.

How to verify

  • You see the ticket list (may be empty) and Create ticket.
  • Sign-in with the same email and password works again.
