# How to register in Client Portal?

When your administrator enabled self-registration, you can create an account without contacting support.

## When you'll need this

- First access to Client Portal when you do not have an account yet.
- Your organization allows public registration on the portal.

## What's important to know

- Registration works **only** if an instance administrator enabled it.
- The form may include extra fields (organization, phone, etc.) configured under **Client fields** in Constructor.
- After registration you land on **My tickets** immediately — no separate sign-in step.

## Before you start

- [x] Client Portal URL is open.
- [x] The login page shows **Create account** (if not, registration is disabled).

## Step-by-step

1. On **Sign in**, click **Create account**.
2. Fill required fields (typically **First name**, **Last name**, **Email**, **Password**, **Phone** — exact set depends on configuration).
3. Complete any additional fields on the form.
4. Click **Register**.
5. **My tickets** opens after success.

If you see **Self-registration is currently disabled** — contact your administrator or [sign in](/en/clientportal/how-to/login.md) with an existing account.

## How to verify

- You see the ticket list (may be empty) and **Create ticket**.
- Sign-in with the same email and password works again.
