Client Card Sections
The client card is a side panel with detailed information about the client. It is the same in the Clients module (BroadcastUsers) and in the Operator Panel (OperatorLine). It opens when you click the pencil icon in the client row or when viewing a dialog in the operator panel.
1. Profile (avatar, name)
- Avatar — client photo or initials.
- Name — can be edited inline.
- Creation date — when the client first appeared in the system.
2. Communication Channels
List of all channels through which the client interacts with the system (Telegram, Viber, Email, widget, etc.).
- Activity indicator — green dot next to a channel means there are active (unclosed) dialogs in that channel.
- Click on channel — opens preview of recent messages and "Go to dialog" button.
- In the Clients module — you can manage broadcast subscription and blocking for each channel separately.
See also: Why does one client have many channels?.
3. Tags
Client tags — for segmentation, search, and filtering. You can add and remove tags directly from the card.
4. Client Fields
- Base fields — email, phone, username (depends on channel).
- Custom fields — additional fields configured by the administrator (date of birth, loyalty card number, etc.).
Fields can be edited inline. Some fields may be pinned — they are always visible; others are hidden under "Show all".
5. Similar Contacts and Merge
If the system found contacts with the same phone, email, or username — you will see "Similar contacts found" and a button to search and merge.
- Search — by phone, email, or username.
- Merge — select a contact from the list, compare fields, merge with one click. After merge, all channels appear in one card.

Module Connection
| Where it opens | How to open |
|---|---|
| Clients module | Click the pencil icon in the client row in the table. |
| Operator Panel | Automatically when opening a dialog — card in the side panel. |
This is the same card — only the opening context differs. In Clients you work with the database, in the operator panel — with a specific dialog.
