How to Copy a File Link?
When you need to quickly send a document to a client or paste a file into a scenario, message, or template, this instruction will help you copy a direct link to the file — right after upload or later from the list.
When It Will Be Useful
- You just uploaded a file and want to share a link to it right away.
- You need to paste a document link into a reply to a client or into a template.
- You are building a scenario and need the file address for a send step.
What's Important to Know
- Link — this is the direct address of the file that you can paste into a message, scenario, or template.
- You can copy a link in two places: in the upload window right after a successful upload, and from the file list at any time.
- The action is available if you have permission to manage files.

How to Do It
Right after upload
- Upload the file — see How to upload a new file.
- Find the completed row — in the upload window, a
Completedbadge appears next to the file. - Click the "Copy" button — the button with a copy icon next to the completed file.
From the file list
- Open the File manager — in the main menu go to
Menu -> File manager. - Find the file — in the list or in the file card.
- Click the "Copy" button — the button with a copy icon in the file card.
What Happens After
The link is saved to your clipboard. You can now paste it (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V) into a message, scenario, template, or any other field.
