How to use the Constructor home screen?
After you sign in to Constructor, the home screen (/main) opens. It is the default landing view: summary metrics, hints for next steps, and quick access to main areas. You get operational context immediately without digging through the menu.
When you'll need this
- You want to orient yourself right after sign-in and see what matters now.
- You need key performance indicators (KPIs) in one place.
- You want one-click access to scenarios, bots, or settings from cards or links.
- You prefer AI-powered in-product help for common questions (when your organization has it enabled).
What to know
- Visible blocks depend on your role and permissions; some cards may be hidden.
- Metrics depend on data in the system: during early rollout or with no traffic, some values may be zero or minimal — that can be expected.
- Shortcuts lead to frequent actions (for example, process library, settings, help). The exact set depends on configuration and permissions.
What is on the home screen
Key performance indicators (KPIs)
The top area or separate cards show summary metrics (for example, dialogue or request activity — depending on analytics and accumulated data). This gives a quick sense of load and trends without opening the statistics module.
Shortcuts and navigation
You may see buttons or cards for common modules: scenarios and bots, settings, channels, and more. Use them as a fast path instead of hunting for items in the sidebar.
AI assistant
A dedicated area or panel may offer an AI assistant that answers questions about the product, suggests where to find a feature, and relies on client-facing documentation. If you do not see it, ask your administrator — access may be limited by your organization’s policy.
Steps: where to start
- Sign in — the Constructor home screen (
/main) opens. - Review KPI blocks and hints.
- Open what you need: a card on the screen, the sidebar, or the top navigation.
- For in-depth configuration, open Settings — sections are grouped in the sidebar with expandable groups.
