How to use the process library?

The process library shows all bots in one place. Here you quickly find the scenario you need by filters or search and open it for editing.

When you need it

  • You need to find a bot for editing among many scenarios.
  • You want to see which triggers are configured without opening the scenario.
  • You need to filter bots by category, tag, or type.

What you need to know

  • Process — a bot with its own scenario (dialog, automation rule, etc.).
  • Card — list item with name, description, triggers, tags.
  • Trigger — launch condition (channel, webhook, internal event).

Before you start

Step-by-step instructions

1. Open the process library

  1. Go to Scenario Builder via Menu → Scenario Builder.
  2. Select the Process Library tab.
  3. The list of all processes with filters on the left opens.
  1. In the Search field, enter part of the process name or description.
  2. The list updates automatically — only processes containing the text are shown.
  3. To clear search, clear the field.

3. Apply filters

  1. Status — select "Active", "Inactive", or "All statuses".
  2. Process type — "Process", "Automation rule", "Communication scenario".
  3. Category — select one or more categories.
  4. Tags — select tags; processes with at least one of these tags are shown.
  5. Triggers — filter by launch type (channels, webhook, internal events).
  6. Click "Clear filters" to reset all filters.

4. Change sorting

  1. In the Sort block, select the field: by name, creation date, edit date, run count.
  2. Select direction: ascending or descending.

5. Open the scenario constructor

  1. Find the process in the list.
  2. Click the process name or the "Open constructor" button on the card.
  3. The scenario editor opens.
  4. To return to the library, click "Back to library" in the top panel.
