How to use the process library?
The process library shows all bots in one place. Here you quickly find the scenario you need by filters or search and open it for editing.
When you need it
- You need to find a bot for editing among many scenarios.
- You want to see which triggers are configured without opening the scenario.
- You need to filter bots by category, tag, or type.
What you need to know
- Process — a bot with its own scenario (dialog, automation rule, etc.).
- Card — list item with name, description, triggers, tags.
- Trigger — launch condition (channel, webhook, internal event).
