Why quality assessment arrives after chat close?

Closing a dialog and finishing an AI quality assessment are two different moments. The system closes the chat first and scores it separately. If you send CRM data on chat closed, the score and summary are often still missing.

That is why the Start node has AI QA assessment completed. It starts the section only after a successful assessment. Integrations then receive ready data without polling the assessments table and without a workaround inside the AI QA section.

Keep chat closed for work that does not need the quality score: a client message, a status change, and similar.
