# Release 6.1.2

Release 6.1.2 is a patch release. It adds chat message colors, a Call button, closing a new email with a CSAT survey, new statistics tables and an allowed-models list for Fast Line Pro. It also fixes transfers from Fastline, attachment downloads, filters in the Closed folder and a number of smaller issues.

## Operator Panel

**New**

- **Chat message colors.** An administrator sets the background color for four authors: "My messages", "Other operators" (including AI agent replies), "Client" and "Copilot". The settings are under Settings → "Global Style Editor" → "Chat message colors". The text color is chosen automatically, and the background is softened in the dark theme. Until a color is set, the feed looks as before. Other operators see the change after refreshing the page.
- **Call button.** A phone icon now appears next to the client's phone in "Client information" and next to the phone field in "Request fields". A click starts a call to the number through the program that handles calls on your computer or phone (a softphone or an app). Clicking the value itself works as before: it edits or copies. The icon also appears next to any field whose entire value is a single phone number. If the computer has no program for calls, the click does nothing or the browser asks what to open it with.
- **Closing a new email with a satisfaction survey.** In the "Write to client" window in email mode there is a new checkbox, "Close the request after sending". The operator picks a closing status and clicks "Send and close". If an email satisfaction survey is set up in the scenario, the client receives a separate email with the survey. A hint next to the checkbox says whether such a survey is set up. If closing fails, the operator sees a warning and the dialog stays open; the survey email is not sent a second time.
- **"Collapse" mode for long system messages.** It used to collapse only "Last steps". Now every long system message (more than three lines), such as an email subject, an AI summary or telephony data, is shown collapsed with a "show more" link. Broadcasts, bulk sends and delivery error messages are still shown in full.
- **Hide broadcasts separately.** The system message type filter has a new type, "Broadcasts". An administrator can hide it for a role, and an operator can hide it for themselves (in the profile or via "⋯" → "System messages…"). Statuses, ratings and transfers stay visible. Until "Broadcasts" is checked anywhere, the feed does not change.
- **Quick replies by # or № tag for all operators.** Under Settings → "Settings for all operators" → "Panel display settings" there is a new field with three values: "By operator profile" (default), "Enabled for all" and "Disabled for all". The chosen state replaces the personal one, and personal settings are not changed. The switch in the operator profile is disabled while this override is active and explains why. Tag mode now works right after the page is refreshed.
- **Forwarding an email with editing.** Under the "Forward" field there is a new "Edit original" checkbox. In the "Original email to forward" window the operator removes unneeded paragraphs and unchecks attachments they do not want to send. The recipient gets the operator's comment and the edited original with only the chosen attachments. The email you clicked "Forward" on is the one that is forwarded. The feature is available in the new design and is turned on per instance.
- **Rewinding Telegram voice messages.** In the new design, Telegram voice messages can be rewound with a slider in the top player.

**Fixed**

- **The Closed folder no longer goes empty after a filter change.** Previously any filter change in this folder emptied the list, and "Reset" brought nothing back. Now filters narrow the list, "Reset filters" brings back the full list, and the "Closed dialogs" toggle in this folder is shown on and locked. Grouping by topic also no longer disappears after a filter change.
- **Downloads from the "Attachments" window work on all instances.** On some instances files did not download, neither one by one, nor all together, nor as an archive, and the screen showed "Request failed with status code 400". Downloads work again.
- **A clear answer when access to a dialog is denied.** If a user has no access to a dialog, the message history now answers "no access" instead of "dialog not found", the same as the dialog card does. Agents and integrations no longer mistake a dialog closed to them for one that does not exist.
- **Malformed client ID in a request.** A request for a client card or contact with a malformed ID now gets a clear "Invalid client ID" answer instead of an internal error.

## Statistics

**New**

- **Incoming and outgoing dialogs by skill group and by operator.** The "Requests" tab has two new tables. A dialog is counted in every skill group of its topic, and if there is no group it goes into the "No skill group" row. The operator shown is the last human operator; dialogs handled by Fastline alone go into the "Fastline AI" row, and dialogs with no operator go into the "No operator" row.
- **Topics by skill group and by operator with resolution time.** The "Topics" tab has two new tables: number of dialogs, average and total time for each "topic and skill group" and "topic and operator" pair. A dialog resolution time per topic is added.
- **"Time in statuses" and the "Status in history" filter on the "Tickets" tab.** The new table shows how long tickets stay in each status and adds a total "All statuses" row. The "Status in history" parameter lets you compare tickets that had a certain status (for example, an incident status) with those that did not.

**Fixed**

- **Stable order in tables after sorting.** Previously, when a column had equal values (bot, channel, an empty operator), one dialog could appear on two pages while others appeared on none. Now after sorting every dialog is shown exactly once.

## Bot Scenarios

**New**

- **Ad ID from an Instagram button.** When a client taps a suggestion button in an Instagram ad (Icebreaker), the scenario receives the ad ID, source, title, and photo or video, the same as for a text reply to an ad. Previously these values stayed empty for such a tap.

## Instagram

**New**

- **More reliable handling of story replies.** Bot and operator replies in a dialog that started from a client's reply to a story now reach the client in regular Direct. Repeated deliveries of the same message from Meta are no longer processed twice. For each instance you can separately turn on one dialog for Direct and stories, an event type label, and statistics by event type on the "Dialogs" tab. Contact support to turn them on.

## Fast Line Pro

**New**

- **Allowed models list.** For an instance you can set which models appear in the model picker for the agent and the chatbot. While the list is empty, everything works as before. An agent with a saved model outside the list keeps working, and the model field shows the hint "Select a model". You can add your own model name to an entry, and one model can be used under several names. The agent remembers the chosen entry.

**Fixed**

- **Transfer from Fastline to an operator respects status channels.** Previously a dialog could reach an operator whose status does not accept that channel (for example, a status with Email only should not receive widget dialogs). Now the dialog goes to another operator of the skill group or waits in the queue.
- **Queueing when a client sent several messages in a row.** Previously such a chat could be left without an operator with the message "an operator will join shortly". Now a chat that the AI assistant hands over to operators goes into the queue.
- **Model picker works with all saved agents.** For agents set up in the old format, the model picker now shows the icon and the chosen entry, and restoring a version no longer wrongly reports that the model is unavailable. Choosing the same model via "Change" no longer resets its parameters.

## Security and MCP

**Fixed**

- **Working with a scenario through an access key.** Reading, importing and cloning a scenario through an access key for external AI agents work again within the key's role rights. Previously such requests failed with "token data user error". Scenario export, import and cloning now also check the role rights and access to the bot: without the needed right you will see "Permission denied", and for another bot, "bot not found".
- **Instance Agent finds clients again.** The agent finds clients by messenger ID, email or phone.

## AI QA

**Fixed**

- **The reason for a failed AI evaluation in the interface language.** On the assessment page and in the notification after a re-run, the reason is shown in the interface language rather than in English.
