# Release 6.1.1

Release 6.1.1 is a patch release. It adds operator signature control and templates in email, the "FastLine only (no operator)" filter in statistics and an "Other message" exit in the CSAT node. It also fixes client messages being lost after a dialog is closed and duplicate columns in the dialogs table.

## Operator Panel

**New**

- **"Add operator signature" checkbox in email.** It is available both in the "Write to client" window (new email) and in the reply in an email chat. If the operator has no signature in their profile, the checkbox is disabled and the hover hint says "Set your signature in your profile first". In an email chat reply the checkbox is checked by default, so the signature is added as before. You can clear it for a single email: after sending or switching to another chat it is checked again.
- **Templates in the first email to a new client.** In "Write to client" → "Send email", a **"Templates"** button now appears next to the "Email body" field. The operator picks a category, searches for the needed quick reply and clicks it. The text goes into the editor and the template's attachments are added to the email. The operator still types the subject. The button is shown on instances that have an email bot and at least one operator quick reply.

**Fixed**

- **No duplicate "Operator" and "Assignee" columns in the dialogs table.** Previously, next to the regular columns you could add the same fields from the extended field list, and one of the columns showed "—" and a numeric ID instead of a name. Now there is one "Operator" column and one "Assignee" column, with names and avatars. Saved personal layouts and role presets that used the "second" column open with the regular column of the same width. Filters on these fields work as before.

## Statistics

**New**

- **"FastLine only (no operator)" in the "Dialog type" filter.** The fourth value appears on the "Dialogs" and "Copilot" tabs. It keeps only dialogs that FastLine handled on its own, with no operator involved. The "Dialogs" table, the charts by day, by channel and by closing status, and table exports show only such dialogs. The "Operator" and "Last operator" columns are not shown for this selection, and "Average chat reaction time" shows "—". Dialogs with no participants stay in "Missed".

## Bot scenarios

**New**

- **"Other message" exit in the CSAT node.** If a client writes text or sends a file or photo instead of a rating, the message can be routed through this exit, for example straight to FastLine or an operator. The client does not see the greeting from the start of the scenario and does not have to repeat the question. If the exit is not connected, behavior is as described in "Fixed" below. Existing scenarios do not change until the author connects the exit.

**Fixed**

- **Client messages after a dialog is closed are no longer lost.** Previously, after an operator closed a dialog, the bot asked for a 👍/👎 rating, and any other client message (text, document, photo) was ignored: it reached neither the scenario nor an operator. Now such a message is handled as a new request and reaches operators, and no rating is recorded. In Telegram, Facebook and Instagram, pressing 👍/👎 later still saves the rating. In the website chat and Viber the rating buttons arrive as text, so a reply sent after the rating request is already gone becomes a new request. Closing the dialog again by an operator and inactivity timers work again while a rating is awaited.
