# Release 5.9.3

## What Changed

- **Instance Agent — billing metrics.** Instance Statistics now shows separate Instance Agent request and session counts (alongside AI Answers): total, successful/failed breakdown, and unique sessions.
- **Facebook — multiple images in one message.** All photos from a single Facebook Messenger message appear in Operator Line.
- **Operator Line — live custom folders.** Dialogs leave a folder immediately when they stop matching filters — no page reload.
- **Operator Line — email search.** Full dialog set for an email address; result count matches found dialogs.
- **Operator Line — clear Telegram errors.** Localized explanations instead of raw technical error text from Telegram.
- **Operator Panel (legacy design) — quick replies.** Client and operator name placeholders substitute correctly.
- **Custom Data — new table visibility.** Creators see new tables; the roles editor lists all bot tables.
- **Settings — user deletion.** Users with notification settings can be fully removed without database errors.

## How It Changed

### Instance Agent billing metrics

**Before:** Instance Statistics had no dedicated Instance Agent usage counters for billing — only broader metrics such as AI Answers.

**Now:** Two new summary cards on Instance Statistics: Instance Agent requests (with successful/failed breakdown) and unique sessions for the selected period. Instance admins can track agent usage over time.

### Custom Data table visibility

**Before:** A newly created table could disappear from the list for restricted roles.

**Now:** The creator sees the table until an admin grants access; the roles modal shows all bot tables.

### Facebook multi-image

**Before:** Only the first image from a multi-photo Facebook Messenger message was shown.

**Now:** All images from one message appear in the chat history.

### Custom folder live updates

**Before:** Dialogs could stay in a folder after state changed until the operator refreshed the page.

**Now:** Folder membership updates immediately — filters match the main dialog list behavior.

### Email search

**Before:** Email search could miss dialogs; totals could disagree with the list.

**Now:** Search returns the full match set; counts align with found dialog IDs.

### Clear Telegram errors

**Before:** Edit or reply failures showed raw English error text from Telegram without context.

**Now:** The interface shows localized explanations (e.g. why Telegram blocks editing messages with a reply keyboard).

### Quick replies in legacy design

**Before:** In the legacy Operator Panel, name placeholders stayed as raw tokens in quick replies.

**Now:** Names substitute correctly, matching the new design. We recommend migrating to the new design — legacy UI has limited support.

### User deletion

**Before:** Deleting users with notification settings could fail with a database error.

**Now:** Dependent notification records are removed before deletion completes.

## Why It Matters

Instance admins gain visibility into Instance Agent consumption. Operators get clearer Telegram feedback, accurate folders, and reliable email search. Custom Data and user lifecycle management work without silent failures.
