# Release 5.5.6

> Users with restricted QA roles can work in “My assessments” without broken lists or exports.
> Administrators get more context in user management, while large scenario canvases and CSAT reporting behave more predictably.

## Quality Assurance

**Fixed**

- **Access to “My assessments”.** If a role can see only personal assessments, the list and export stay limited to that operator, and other assessments return a clear access-denied response.

**Improved**

- **Role editor labels.** The Quality Assurance dashboard permission now uses the same wording as the module, so administrators see a consistent label when configuring roles.

## Settings

**Improved**

- **User management.** The Users screen shows skill groups and manager information in the table and edit drawer, so administrators can review team structure before saving changes.

- **Safer editing drawer.** The user edit drawer no longer closes from an accidental outside click or Escape while data is being entered.

**Fixed**

- **Updating an existing user by email.** Saving a known user no longer fails with a duplicate-email error when the email belongs to the same account.

## Notification Center

**Fixed**

- **Chat links in external notifications.** Links in email, Telegram, and other external notifications open the current Constructor workspace when that address is configured.

## Scenario Builder

**Improved**

- **Large scenario canvases.** Dragging blocks in scenarios with many nodes feels steadier, and dropped blocks align to a grid after you release them.

**Fixed**

- **Duplicate entry labels.** The validation badge keeps duplicate entry points visible even after switching between sections.

## Statistics

**Fixed**

- **CSAT and NPS for repeated conversations.** When the same messenger contact opens several dialogs, a new score is recorded on the active dialog instead of an older one.

## Constructor browser experience

**Improved**

- **Everyday UI responsiveness.** Long lists and editors in Constructor do less background diagnostic work by default, so regular work stays smoother.

**New**

- **Feedback from the Help menu.** When enabled for your instance, operators can send a structured problem report from the Help menu instead of writing a separate email.

## Heads up

- If the feedback option is missing from the Help menu, it has not been enabled for your deployment or user group.
