# Release 5.5.5

> Operators get more control over how they start, find, and process dialogs in Operator Line.
> Administrators can set default table columns by role, while personal column choices still stay with each user.

## Operator Line

**New**

- **Start a Telegram e-chat dialog by username.** When a Telegram e-chat channel is connected, operators can start a new dialog by phone number or by Telegram username.

- **Default table columns by role.** Administrators can define starting column sets for chat and ticket tables separately; users still keep their own saved layout after they change it.

- **“FastLine was engaged” filter.** Folder filters can show dialogs where FastLine participated earlier, even if an operator later took over the conversation.

- **Mass macros from another process.** In a mass macro run, operators can choose which process provides the macro list while the selected chats remain tied to their original process.

**Fixed**

- **Duplicate outbound Gmail messages.** After an operator sends an email through Gmail, the chat timeline shows one message with the needed email details instead of two similar rows.

- **Safer email previews.** Quoted email content no longer affects how the Constructor page loads while an operator reads or replies to a message.

## Heads up

- Username mode appears only for e-chat bots configured as Telegram.
