# Release 5.3.24

## What Changed

This update includes improvements to the Operator Panel and fixes for quick replies.

**Key changes:**
- Folder icons visible in collapsed chat panel — switch folders without expanding
- Fixed display of personal quick replies in dialog when using "Global + my" mode
- Improved folder and chat filter handling

## How It Changed

### Chat folder panel

**Before:** After collapsing the folder panel, folders disappeared completely. To switch filters (e.g., from "New" to "Active"), you had to expand the panel.

**Now:** In collapsed state, a narrow strip with folder icons and counters remains. You can switch folders and see the number of conversations without expanding. The "Expand folders" button conveniently restores the full panel view.

**Why it matters:** Operators get more space for viewing chats without losing access to filters. Fewer clicks — faster work with dialogs.

### Personal quick replies

**Before:** With "Global + my quick replies" setting, the system showed only global replies. The operator's personal replies did not appear in the dialog.

**Now:** The system correctly handles all modes: "Mine", "Global + mine", "Global". Personal quick replies are available in the dialog when the settings allow it.

**Why it matters:** Operators can use their personal replies for quick responses to clients — the feature now works correctly.
