## What Changed

- **Daily touch norm history.** Added history of daily touch (contact) norm compliance per operator.
- **Overwork stats dialog.** A new dialog with overwork statistics for workload analysis.
- **Periods for reports.** Extended support for selecting periods in reports and statistics.

## How It Changed

### Touch norm history and overwork stats

**Before:** Daily norm compliance and overwork had to be analyzed separately or in a limited way.  
**Now:** History of touch norm compliance and a dedicated overwork statistics dialog are available.  
**Why it matters:** Managers can see how operators meet norms and where overload occurs.

### Periods for reports

**Before:** Choosing periods for reports could be limited.  
**Now:** More flexible date range selection for analytics.  
**Why it matters:** Easier to build reports for the desired period.
