# Release 5.19.2

Release 5.19.2 includes all changes of [release 5.19.1](/en/releases/5.19.1.md): the stuck lock on knowledge base export and import in Fast Line Pro. New in 5.19.2 are the Fast Line Pro agent change history with rollback, a role permission to edit the client name and a client name history, clearer labels in the client's last steps block, and a fix for a chat disappearing after a subject change.

## Fast Line Pro

**New**

- **Agent change history with rollback.** The agent editor now has a **History** button. Every save of the agent settings becomes a version: you can see who made it, when and from where. For each version you can use **What changed**, **Compare with current**, **View** (with copying of instructions and variables) and **Restore this version**.
  - Rollback restores instructions, variables, the model, knowledge bases with their search settings, and file upload settings. The agent's tools stay as they are now.
  - Rollback publishes the agent immediately.
  - History is recorded from the moment of the platform update and kept for 180 days.
  - The button appears when the settings change log is enabled on the instance and you have the Fast Line Pro view permission. Restoring versions requires the save permission. The settings change log has a new entry type, "Fast Line Pro agent settings". See the [how-to](/en/fastlinepro/how-to/view-agent-history-and-rollback.md) for details.
- **Knowledge base change history.** The **History** window has a **Knowledge base** tab: who added, changed, enabled, disabled or deleted documents and chunks of the knowledge bases connected to the agent, when and from where. Chunk text is not stored, and a document or chunk cannot be restored from the history.
  - All changes of a single knowledge base are also visible on the knowledge base page: the **History** button above the document list. It also shows changes of a knowledge base that is not connected to an agent.
  - These records are also in the settings change log, as the types "Fastline Pro knowledge base documents" and "Fastline Pro knowledge base chunks".

**Changed**

- The record of applying a file import in the settings change log now has the source "System" instead of "UI".

## Operator Panel

**New**

- **"Editing the client name" role permission.** The role settings have a new checkbox, **"Editing the client name"**. If you clear it, operators with that role cannot change the client name in the client card or the dialog title in the chat header: there is no pencil icon, and an attempt to save a name shows the message "Your role is not allowed to change the client name".
  - The checkbox is set in all roles, including those created earlier, so nothing changes until you clear it. Root can always change the name.
  - In email dialogs and tickets the header works as before: there the title is the email subject or the ticket title.
- **Client name history.** The client card has a new **"Name history"** button: who changed the name, when and where (client card or dialog header), "was → became". It works only when the settings change log (Settings Audit Trail) is enabled on the instance; history is kept for 180 days. See the [how-to](/en/settings/how-to/lock-client-name-editing.md) for details.
- **Clearer labels in the client's last steps block.** When a bot transfers a chat to an operator with the history of the last steps, the operator now sees "Client's last steps:", "Client:" and "Auto-reply:" instead of technical English labels. The labels are shown in the operator's interface language, including in existing chats and in the chat preview in the list. A custom block title set in the bot is not changed.

**Fixed**

- **A chat the operator is connected to no longer disappears after a subject change.** In the new Operator Panel design, an open chat disappeared from the list and was closed if its subject was changed to a subject of another skill group, although the operator stayed connected. Now an open chat in which the operator is a participant stays visible regardless of the subject.
  - Other people's chats with subjects outside the operator's skill groups are still hidden in the list and in the counters.
  - Closed chats are not added by this rule: the history of closed chats with someone else's subject is not shown.
