# Read the «Operators now» table in Supervisor

The «Operators now» table on the Supervisor **Monitor** tab shows which operators are working right now, how many chats each one has open and how loaded they are. Two columns, «Today» and «Online today», add a total for the current day, so the shift workload is visible without opening Statistics.

## When you need it

- You want to see who is online now and who has reached the chat limit.
- You need to know how many dialogs an operator has already closed today and how long they have been accepting chats.
- You want to jump quickly to investigating a specific operator's work.

## What to know

- The table refreshes automatically every 30 seconds; the **Refresh** button refreshes it at once.
- The table lists online operators and offline operators who still hold open chats or tickets. An operator who went offline with no chats leaves the table — their day is visible in Statistics.
- The «Today» and «Online today» columns appear only if they are enabled for your instance. Contact support to enable them.
- «Today» counts from 00:00 in the instance time zone.

## Before you start

- [x] Your role has access to Supervisor.
- [x] You opened `Operator panel -> Supervisor -> Monitor`.

## What each column means

| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **Operator** | The operator's name. |
| **Status** | «Online» or «Offline» right now. |
| **Chats** | How many chats (and tickets, if tickets count in distribution) the operator has open now. «—» for an offline operator. |
| **Today** | Dialogs closed since 00:00 where this operator was the last to join. A chat the operator still has open is not counted here — it is in «Chats». A chat opened yesterday and closed today is counted. If Fastline AI joined the dialog last, the dialog does not count for the operator. |
| **Online today** | Time from 00:00 until now that the operator spent in statuses that accept chats. If they are in such a status now, the time grows with every refresh. A break and other statuses that do not accept chats are not counted. |
| **Total limit** | The operator's maximum of simultaneous chats. |
| **Extra limit per channel** | Separate per-channel limits: «used/limit» for each channel. |
| **Load** | The share of the total limit in use now. «—» for an offline operator. |

«Today» and «Online today» are shown for offline operators too: they are a day total and still make sense after the operator goes offline.

If you see «—» instead of a number, today's data could not be loaded for the moment. The rest of Monitor keeps working; try refreshing in a minute.

## How these numbers differ from Statistics

- **Today** follows the same rule as «Accepted» on the Statistics «Operators» tab for the «today» period.
- **Online today** can be larger than «Online time (h)» on the «Operator workload» tab. Monitor counts the full day: time from 00:00 if the operator was already accepting chats at midnight, the current open interval until this minute, and no reset when the operator switches between two accepting statuses. Statistics leaves part of that time out. Without these cases the numbers match to the minute.
- Compare in the same time zone: if Statistics uses a different one, the day boundary differs.

## How to check it worked

- The table has «Today» and «Online today» columns right after «Chats».
- A grey hint under the «Operators now» card title explains how these columns are counted.
- Clicking a row opens the investigation of that operator's work.
