# Reorder Folders

Reordering folders allows changing their display order in navigation for convenient work. This instruction will show how to change folder order in the list.

## Prerequisites

- [x] You are logged in with administrator rights.
- [x] You have navigated to the `OperatorLine` module via `Apps -> OperatorLine`.
- [x] There are folders in the system whose order needs to be changed.

## Step-by-Step Instructions

1. In the `OperatorLine` module, find the folder management section through the settings menu or in the filters section.
2. View the list of folders in current order.
3. To change folder order:
   - **Method 1 (dragging)**: Click and hold a folder, drag it to the needed position in the list, and release.
   - **Method 2 (numbers)**: Find the ordinal number field near the folder name, enter a new number, and press Enter.
4. Repeat for other folders that need to be reordered.
5. Save changes — click the **"Save Order"** button or changes apply automatically.
