# How to view notifications

The header bell shows notifications, including those configured in the [Notification Center](/en/notifications/operator-hub.md). You can browse the list, filter by type when needed, and mark items as read.

## When it is useful

- You want to see all your notifications.
- You see a badge with an unread count.
- You want to find a specific notification.

## What to know

- **Bell** — header button with a bell icon.
- **Badge** — unread count (often a red circle with a number).
- **Notification menu** — opens when you click the bell.

## Before you start

- You are logged in.
- You have notifications (badge shows a number greater than zero).

## Steps

### 1. Click the bell

Click the bell button in the header (top right).

### 2. Review the list

The menu lists notifications:

- Sorted by date (newest first)
- Unread items are highlighted
- Each item has a title, body, date, and type

### 3. Use filters (optional)

To narrow the list:

1. In the bell menu, select **types** (for example, service **Info** / **Error** and categories such as **Creation**, **Changes**, **CSAT**, **SLA**, **Normatives**) — they work like toggles (multiple selection).
2. Optionally choose a **view** filter: all / read / unread.
3. Only notifications matching the selection are shown.

### 4. Open a related record (optional)

If a notification links to an entity (for example, “Ticket #123 created”):

1. Click the notification.
2. You navigate to the related entity (ticket, chat, and so on).
3. The notification is marked as read automatically.

## Result

You can:

- See all your notifications
- Find the one you need
- Open the related entity

## More actions

### Mark all as read

1. Open the notification menu.
2. Click **Mark all as read** (checkmark icon).
3. All items are marked read.
4. The badge resets to zero.

### Delete all notifications

1. Open the notification menu.
2. Click **Delete all** (trash icon).
3. Confirm.
4. All notifications are removed.
5. The badge resets to zero.
