# Client Portal — end-user hub

**Client Portal** (**Support Portal**) is a separate web app where you submit support requests, track status, and talk to the team in comments. You see **only your** tickets — not Operator Line and not Constructor settings.

## View and create requests

**Goal** — sign in and manage your ticket list.

- **Sign in to Client Portal** — email and password from your administrator, or an account after self-registration. → [How to sign in](/en/clientportal/how-to/login.md)
- **Register an account** — when your organization enabled self-registration. → [How to register](/en/clientportal/how-to/register-account.md)
- **View and find tickets** — **My tickets** list, search, and filters by status, priority, subject. → [How to view the ticket list](/en/clientportal/how-to/view-tickets.md)
- **Create a ticket** — **Create ticket**, pick department, subject, and describe the issue. → [How to create a ticket](/en/clientportal/how-to/create-ticket.md)

---

## Conversation and rating

**Goal** — get a reply from support and record the outcome.

- **Add a comment** — thread on the ticket page, attachments, short edit window for your own comments. → [How to comment on a ticket](/en/clientportal/how-to/comment-on-ticket.md)
- **Rate service (CSAT)** — stars after the ticket is resolved or closed. → [How to submit a CSAT rating](/en/clientportal/how-to/rate-csat.md)
- **Notifications** — bell in the header: status changes or a new operator reply. → [How to use notifications](/en/clientportal/how-to/use-notifications.md)

---

## Where to work in the UI

| Area | Purpose |
|------|---------|
| **Sign in** | Email and password login |
| **Registration** | Create an account (if enabled) |
| **My tickets** | Main list of your requests |
| **Create ticket** | New request wizard |
| **Ticket page** | Description, details, comments, CSAT |
| **Notifications** | Bell in the header |
| **User menu** | Language (uk / en / de), theme, **Log out** |

Your organization provides the portal URL — it is a separate site, not Constructor.

## For administrators

Portal, registration, and form fields are configured in **Constructor → Settings**, not in the portal UI:
