# How to Connect Gmail to ConnectiveOne

Connect Gmail to ConnectiveOne for processing incoming emails and sending responses through the operator panel.

## Prerequisites

- Gmail account
- Instance administrator rights (for configuring instance settings)

## Instance Settings

**Note:** These settings are performed by administrators. To make changes, contact technical support.

In instance settings, create the following settings:

- **Key:** `project_name`
  **Value:** `engine-{{instance_name}}` (as in the link `{{instance_name}}.connectiveone.io`)

- **Key:** `email_proxy`
  **Value:** `https://gprx.connectiveone.io/api/auth/`

## Connecting Gmail

1. Go to **Bot Settings** → select the needed bot
2. Find the **Email integration** section
3. Click the **Sign in** button
4. Enter the Gmail email address and click **Next**
5. Enter the password and click **Next**

## Additional Settings

1. Click **Additional Settings**

### If the Application is Blocked

If the application is blocked by Google:

1. Click **Go to "ConnectiveOne.io" page (unsafe)**
2. Click **Continue**

**Note:** This procedure is temporary while Google specialists review our application.

3. Check the **Select all** checkbox
4. Click **Continue**

After this, the page will close and ConnectiveOne will display successful connection to Gmail.

## Scenario Configuration

After successful connection, create a connection to an operator in the scenario so operators can respond to emails.

## After Connection

After successful connection, all mail arriving at the specified email will be displayed in the operator panel. Operators will be able to respond on behalf of this email.
