# How to View a Client Card?

When you need to get complete information about a client, viewing the card helps see all data and communication channels in one place. This instruction will help you open detailed information about a client.

## When It Will Be Useful
- You need to view complete information about a client.
- You need to see all client communication channels.
- You need to get access to editing client data.

## What's Important to Know

- **This is the same card** that opens in the [Operator Panel](/en/operatorline/operator-hub.md) when viewing a dialog with the client — the Clients and OperatorLine modules are connected.
- The card displays main data (name, email, phone) and editing capability.
- From the card, you can navigate to dialogues with the client in different channels.
