# About this documentation

This is the official ConnectiveOne documentation for operators, supervisors, administrators, and integrators. It helps you complete tasks in the product UI and understand the platform's core concepts.

## Who maintains the documentation

The **ConnectiveOne Documentation Team** maintains these materials together with product, support, and engineering representatives:

- technical writers structure and edit the content;
- product owners and engineers verify product behavior;
- support specialists contribute recurring questions and failure scenarios;
- an editor checks clarity, safety, and style.

We do not use personal author profiles. The team, rather than one individual, is accountable for keeping a page current.

Learn more about the organization on the [ConnectiveOne team page](https://www.connectiveone.io/en/team).

## Scope

The portal includes:

- learning paths for getting started in a role;
- step-by-step instructions for specific tasks;
- explanations of how features work;
- references for parameters, statuses, and terms;
- product release notes.

It does not publish internal development procedures, private customer data, configuration for a specific customer instance, or commitments that are not part of an agreement.

## Languages

Documentation is available in **English and Ukrainian**. Use **Languages** in the header to open an available localized version. If a page has not been translated yet, go to the other language home page and use search.

## Update policy

- Documentation for a new or changed feature is updated as part of its release work or shortly afterward.
- Factual corrections, broken links, and unclear steps are published after verification.
- Pages without a current, distinct user scenario are consolidated, redirected, or removed.
- Every page has a technical revision that is automatically included when you select **Report an issue**.
- Every published article is also available from **Open Markdown** and **Download Markdown**. Both use the same source as the HTML page.

## Report a documentation problem

On any article, select **Report an issue**, describe the problem, and continue to Client Portal. The prepared report includes the URL, language, and page revision. Do not include passwords, tokens, or customer personal data.
